If you’re looking for a unique appetizer or potluck dish for your next party, then you need to try these creamy mushroom mozzarella crostini. To lighten up this recipe, we use equal parts of mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt, which is the ‘secret ingredient’ adds protein and extra creaminess to this recipe. Mushrooms, which are a fungus, are very nutritious. They provide significant amounts of copper, potassium, folate and niacin. They are also very low in carbohydrate; 1 cup of mushrooms provides 2 g of carbohydrates. Mozzarella cheese rounds off this recipe by providing a cheesy creamy topping. Try it today!
