Rahaf Albochi

Rahaf Al Bochi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and the owner of Olive Tree Nutrition LLC. She has extensive experience in diabetes and weight management and opened her nutrition and wellness practice in 2016. Rahaf takes a holistic approach to nutrition counseling and encourages clients to break free from the diet mentality and enjoy all foods, and that includes dessert! Rahaf wants to help people develop a healthy relationship with food and encourages clients to follow a Mediterranean-inspired lifestyle.
