What People Are Saying
"Working with Rahaf at Olive Tree Nutrition was a wonderful experience. She was always professional and courteous. She is also very knowledgeable. She really helped met get organized so that despite a busy schedule my family and I could still make the best nutritional choices. She also helped me set goals to work on and then followed up the progress. I would strongly recommend others take advantage of her expertise."
"I never knew what a difference a nutritionist can make in your life until I had my first consultation with Rahaf from Olive-tree-nutrition. I consulted her primarily for weight management but she taught me the importance of eating right and assured me that the weight would come down naturally. It has been only 2 weeks, and I have already started seeing a difference in my weight and my overall confidence. Her approach is pragmatic, holistic and personalized. I highly recommend her for all your nutritional needs."
"Working with Rahaf has been such a wonderful experience. I grew up with not the most positive eating habits, and I was searching for a way to turn everything around, especially since my physician informed me that I was becoming at risk for pre-diabetes. Rahaf was so sweet and so friendly and personable. I instantly felt at home and judge free when we met for the first time in her office. It really felt like she wanted to get to know me and help me in our first session and she was so quick to help me and work with me on developing intuitive eating habits and really listening to my body and not just eat when I’m bored or upset. The exercises and homework she gave me really kept me on track with the program, along with the meal tips and ideas. I’ve even started to meal prep myself because she showed me how easy it was! I highly recommend Rahaf to anyone who is looking to change their lives around and to work on their eating habits. She’s honestly the best. Thank you Rahaf! You’ve given me lessons and advice that I’ll be able to use for the rest of my life!"

What is your counseling philosophy?
What is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)?
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is a licensed professional who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, has completed a Dietetic Internship, and has successfully passed the Dietetic Registration Exam. The Dietitian maintains her licensure via continuing education credits.
Note that a ‘nutritionist’ is not a licensed professional. Anyone who has completed coursework in nutrition can call themselves a nutritionist.
