Blueberry Mango Overnight Oats

A creamy and nourishing oatmeal breakfast for on the go.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp hemp seed
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds
  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup mango fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar, pour the oats, milk and yogurt.
  2. Give the contents a quick stir, then add the honey and almonds, stirring one more time.
  3. Store the mason jar in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to eat, add the fruit and sprinkle with hemp seeds.

Recipe Notes

  • If the oats thicken too much by the next morning, simply add some milk 1 tbsp at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  • You can store this recipe for 2-3 days in the fridge, however it is best enjoyed within the first 24 hours.
